Who wants a healthy life? We all do of course. But how many of us know HOW to live a healthy lifestyle? It’s not about living longer. It’s about living healthier as we age and staying OUT of Hospitals and nursing homes.
The following health information will make it easier for you to make that commitment. I had the same problem making that commitment but I had an incentive, I had heart disease. So, it was either change my lifestyle or die in my fifties. Coming soon “My story in “about”.

Getting Healthy
You need to take charge of your own health, and this can mean big changes to your lifestyle whether it is your physical lifestyle or what you eat lifestyle. The only person that can make these changes is you and it will only work if you are willing to make a commitment to follow through. The best way to maintain good health is to prevent illness in the first place.
You may say to yourself but I do not have heart disease or any other disease but do you really know that. In my story you will see that I had ONE angina attack in my early fifties, went to my doctor and the result 4 out of 4 heart arteries were blocked. One artery was 100% blocked one 75% blocked and the other 2 were 50% blocked. I also thought I was heathy and fit with no previous health warnings but I was only a small step away from a massive heart attack and did not know it.

Your food choices could determine whether you live healthy or die in illness, whether you feel energetic and confident or deal with constant chronic pain, allergies, and fatigue.
Being Healed and Having Good Health comes from a Healthy Lifestyle. By eating nutritious foods, getting some quality sleep and exercise, reducing your exposure to toxins around you and reducing your stress (anxiety etc.) health and healing will come. A Healthy Lifestyle will reduce or eliminate Inflammation in your body which is a major cause of illness and chronic inflammatory diseases. It is not easy to put into a daily routine but take action in small ways and build from there.
