International Shipping

Generously discounted Flat Rate shipping is charged on all orders outside of the United States and Canada. It is charged on a per item basis and is 50% of the lowest rate to get the package to your country.

International Fees

All orders outside of the United States require pre-payment for Customs Duty, VAT, Country Taxes, Border Processing Fees, International Fees, etc. This ensures the package gets to you as quickly as possible with minimal issues in shipping. Using this model saves customers up to 50% on these fees and also reduces delivery time to your door by an average of 7 days. To help you have the best experience possible, we handle all of the international customs with our shippers.

If you have a private broker or other method and would like to elect to not pay for these fees upfront, contact us at support@ultraluxhealth.com, and we will process a manual order through an invoice to you. You will then be responsible for all extra charges associated with receiving your order from your customs agents. Rejected packages from refusal to pay the International Fees in the receiving country when the customer has elected to not pre-pay those through UltraLux Health, will either be: A) re-sent back to the customer after payment of the shipping charges again or B) the order can be cancelled and it will follow the Return Policy and the shipping charges will not be refunded.

If an international order does not get charged the international fees at checkout, the order will be put on hold and a member of our team will contact you to collect the International Fees pre-payment before it ships out.
